One flat rate per council, VAT excluded. Everything included: setup, source indexing, reports and support. No per-conversation costs, no usage surprises.

The rate includes

• Widget on the municipal website (one line of code) in ca/es/en, more languages by configuration
• Indexing and periodic re-indexing of the official sources
• Unlimited cited answers and human hand-offs
• Conversation review console and monthly unanswered-questions report
• ENS, AI Act and GDPR documentation for the procurement file, with the data-processing agreement
• Monthly usage volume included; on overage the assistant hands off to the office instead of running up cost — we never bill extra usage

How it fits the procurement file

• €3,480 a year sits well below the Spanish minor-contract threshold for services (€15,000 a year, VAT excluded): justification report, budget commitment and award, with no tender.
• The price is fixed: the budgeted line doesn't move even if usage grows. At the end of the year you decide whether to renew — there is no lock-in.
• If your justification report needs market references, we'll send you published award amounts for comparable citizen assistants, with the link to the official publication.
• An order of magnitude to check against your own records: in a town of 3,000–8,000 inhabitants we estimate 230–290 citizen-office hours freed a year. That's our estimate, not a contractual promise — but the service pays for itself even if only part of it materialises.
