Pricing

One flat rate per council, excluding VAT. Setup, sources, the console and support are included. No per-conversation costs and no usage surprises.

The rate includes

• The assistant on the town website (one line of code) and its own page
• Interface in Catalan, Spanish and English; questions in any language
• Connection and regular reading of the official sources
• Cited answers and hand-off to the citizen office
• Console: conversations, unanswered questions, hand-offs, dashboard and test console
• Monthly usage included. On overage the assistant answers with the canonical answers and passes the rest to the office: we never bill extra usage

How it fits the procurement file

• Before you open the procurement file, you can try it for 30 days with your council's own account, no card needed. If there's no contract after that, the account turns read-only and the data is kept.
• €3,480 a year sits well below the Spanish minor-contract threshold for services (€15,000 a year, VAT excluded): justification report, budget commitment and award, with no tender.
• The price is fixed: the budgeted line doesn't move even if usage grows. At the end of the year you decide whether to renew, with no lock-in.
• If your justification report needs market references, we'll send you published award amounts for comparable citizen assistants, with the link to the official publication.
• An order of magnitude to check against your own records: in a town of 3,000–8,000 inhabitants we estimate 230–290 citizen-office hours freed a year. That's our estimate, not a contractual commitment.
