24/7 citizen service, with sources and nothing made up

EnaChat answers citizens' questions only from your council's official documents: every answer cites its source, and when it doesn't know, it says so and hands off to a person. It never improvises.

The questions everyone asks before putting an assistant on the website

“What if it answers something that isn't true?”

This is the reasonable fear: a general-purpose assistant writes from what it learned and can confidently repeat an old deadline or a fee that has changed. That kind of mistake travels as a screenshot.

EnaChat only writes from the content of the sources you point us at. When the sources don't cover the question, it says so clearly and hands it off — refusing is a feature, not a failure.

“What if someone wants to talk to a person?”

The most common complaint about chatbots is not finding the way out: loops, and human contact buried out of sight.

The “Talk to a person” button is visible from the first message, the citizen office's phone and opening hours sit in the widget footer, and every unanswered question reaches whichever inbox you choose.

“What if a resident asks in another language?”

At the counter people switch between Catalan and Spanish freely, and some residents are comfortable in neither.

EnaChat answers in the language of the question — Catalan, Spanish and English out of the box, any other by configuration, including Arabic or Romanian — keeping quotes in the source's original language.

“Where does this answer come from?”

Without the link, citizens can't check it and the office can't correct it when someone turns up at the counter with a screenshot.

Every answer links to the municipal page or document it came from, with its update date. Verifiable in one click.

We'll show it running on your own town's content

In a twenty-minute call you see the assistant answering about your own bylaws and procedures. This is how it goes on the municipal website:

The widget installs with a single line of code on any municipal website, including Diba/AOC-hosted ones.

<script src="https://chatapp.enacast.com/v1.js"
        data-town="el-teu-municipi" defer></script>

Built for small and mid-size town councils

One line of code

Added to the municipal website with a single <script>. No IT project: live in days, not months.

The unanswered-questions report

Every month, the list of what people ask and the website doesn't answer. It stops being a hunch and becomes a to-do list.

Documentation for the procurement file

ENS basic level, AI Act and GDPR documented, with the data-processing agreement ready to sign. AI transparency visible to citizens.

No surprises on the invoice

€290/month excl. VAT (€3,480/year), everything included. No per-conversation and no usage charges.
